American and Canadian Falls, Niagara Falls
The American Fall and Bridal Veil Fall on the left, and the Canadian Falls, also known as the Horseshoe Falls, on the right. While the Niagara River chose to leave an island between the falls (Goat Island), it is not the only thing dividing the two. There is also the border separating Canada from the United States, and the State of New York from the Province of Ontario.
