Fortification and Saint-Louis Gate, Quebec City
While not the city's only attraction, Quebec City's fortifications are part of its fame. For they make it the only walled city in North America and thus, very special. You can walk along the top of the wall and marvel at the two beautiful gates, Porte Saint-Jean and Porte Saint-Louis.
